Meaghan (aka MER) is a seasoned catbirdette – she knows all the secret inner workings of the nest and makes sure things run smoothly around here. Skinny Rings

We were beyond excited to have the ladies of The Coveteur in last week. It made us majorly giggle to read their discussion on whether or not teeny, tiny, skinny rings made their fingers look fat. To clarify: NO, those skinny rings totally do not make your fingers look fat!

We are super into skinny rings, in fact, we fully believe, dainty is the new black! So keep them small and stack them up!

How We Wear It: Necklaces

I can't stop thinking about necklaces and I really can't stop thinking about stacking piles of them around my neck (I quite literally put together a different stack daily that I am then convinced I absolutely need).

How We Wear It: Meaghan.

Meaghan is really great at giving multiple Catbird designers love within her stacks. She wears two Catbird First Knuckle Rings on her ring finger, $64/each, a Blanca  Monros Gomez Seed Ring, $170, stacked on get center finger with a Satomi Kawakita Tiny City Band, $170, a custom birdette m. green gold Bittersweets pinky ring gifted to her.

Also, we aren't all lucky enough to have a mama bird who picks us up amazing vintage pieces for our birthdays each year so we tend to drool over all of Meaghan's vintage rings - here she is wearing a beautiful turquoise piece on her ring finger.

Do you read Ill Seen, Ill Said? You should. It's really lovely. I was reading it this very day and happened to see that we have similar taste in rings. The internet is a wondrous thing.

Fine and Mellow

We took this photo for a far-away customer who wanted to know what the Blanca Monros Gomez 3 diamond band would like with her Blanca Monros Gomez solitaire engagement ring. Verdict? Yes, yes, and yes.

The answer.

This band looks absolutely pitch-perfect with every single engagement ring we've tested it with. I'm also wild about this band on its own. Ask me how I feel about it with some rose gold, or with an eternity band? I might squeal. Except I'm really not a squealer. But if I was, I would.
