Glow from within

You know that breathtaking feeling when you see a color that can only occur in nature? The glow of the sky just past dusk, the crazy oil slick colors in beetle’s wings, the magical depth of flower petals - colors that are rich, vivid, elemental. They glow from within. And you think to yourself “That can only exist in nature. It is impossible to mimic. It is something beyond just ‘color’.”

That is the inspiration for our new 22k Old World wedding bands. The glow of gold as a pure and rare element, with that magical quality that nature provides in her own color factory.

Anatomy of a Stack: It's hard to go wrong with the Ancienne

Inspired by Refinery 29's roundup of "I do!" worthy engagement rings, I selected this little stack to compliment the Ancienne Diamond Ring, $2,840.  It's hard to go wrong with this beauty, so I jazzed it up with two other favorites, the 18k yellow gold Clara Band by Ila & I, $1,590 and Katie Diamond's 18k yellow gold Carina Ruby Band with Diamonds, $2,254.  Colorful and festive, perfect for a holiday "I do!"

How We Wear It: Leigh

It's no wonder that our buyer, Leigh, has some of the fanciest hands in Brooklyn. Her finger real estate is high and she only allows herself to buy and wear pieces with significant meaning, two of which were passed on to her from her mother (seen here, her bracelet and top ring on her center finger).

Leigh's wedding stack includes a one of a kind engagement ring on top worn with a Satomi Kawakita Thin Band, from $210, and a Catbird Conflict Free Eternity Band, $1,300. On her center finger she wears a prototype for the Bittersweets Memento Mori collection, from $1,200 and a Satomi Kawakita Horizontal Bar Ring, $650.

Oh, and when she isn't testing the newest sparkles from Deborah Lippmann, she is prrretty loyal to a Naked, $16, manicure.
