Speaking of Moms...

Man Repeller has a post up about the foxiest mom ever. (Sorry, Mom).

(See our favorite Mother's Day picks here.)

Dear Garance,

Please marry me. Or be my BFF. Or maybe we could just get some coffee.
Most sincerely yours,
Rony

From Garance Doré, of course.

What We Love Today: Garance

I was pretty thrilled to see our Threadbare Rings on Garance Doré's beautiful blog. She seems to me to be a person who takes herself seriously, but not too much - maybe just the right amount - and her grace and easy style are an inspiration. Plus that's a really nice nail color.

Lockets

How delicious are these lockets? Made in France by Emilie Despaux. Now on line.

dace. (oh canada.)

DACE Spring 2010 from Dace on Vimeo.

Back when I had a clothing store I carried this beautiful, hard-to-find Canadian clothing line called Dace. They were always so nice (Canadians. What do you expect?) and their clothes...their clothes. Deceptively simple, beautiful fabrics and construction, and an effortless cool that is hard to achieve and therefore not seen too often.

I really love this video they created for their look book.

Serge le Pew

I had a very important revelation last night. Serge Gainsbourg and Pepe le Pew are one and the same. If you don't know what I'm talking about, watch THIS.
