Anonymous - I understand how you feel. It was an issue that came up and I honestly wasn't sure what the right course of action was. In the end I decided that in order to strengthen my own business - with the exact opposite philosophies - and to continue to be able to provide health insurance to part timers and many other expensive perks - it was a collaboration I wanted to explore.
